第一、TSSA注册“床上用品”
“床上用品”是指包含由织物或其他柔性材料隐藏的馅料或可用于睡觉的任何此类物品的任何床垫，床垫型垫，弹簧弹簧，被子，被子，睡袋，床垫保护垫，枕头或绗缝床罩或斜倚的目的，但不包括装饰垫。
第二、TSSA注册“家具”
“家具”包括框架，线圈，布线或任何其他相关的金属部件。
“家居爱好或工艺操作员”是指在安大略省每年制造少于1000件装饰或填充物品的人，出售给公众，但不包括翻新装置。
第三、“制造商”
“制造商”是指 在制造装饰或填充物品或其任何部分时插入和覆盖任何物品或其部分的填料的人。
“床垫”包括框架，线圈，边缘护罩，接线或任何其他相关的金属部件。
第四、TSSA注册“新材料”
“新材料”是指（a）制造用作未曾使用的填料的材料，以及（b）未制造用作填料的材料，其随后通过任何其它用作填料的方法被切割，切割或还原成纤维状态，并且包括再循环材料，但仅在经历再制造工艺时。
第五、“翻新”
“翻新”是指装修，修理或更换软体或填充物品的人。
第六、“二手物品”
“二手物品”是指从零售商处购买并退回的软垫或填充物品，但如果在使用原始标签附件之前退回零售商，则不包括此类物品。
第七、“二手材料”
“二手材料”是指在制造过程中使用的材料，而在寝具的情况下，包括在其结构中使用的弹簧。
第八、“填充”
“填充”是指由覆盖物包围的用于填充，填充或缓冲的任何材料。
第九、“软体家具”
“软体家具”是指，（a）用垫子，松散或附着制成或出售的家具，（b）全部或部分填充或填充任何由织物或其他柔性材料或可用于坐着，休息或倾斜的类似材料隐藏的填料的家具。
第十、“装饰或填充物品”
“装饰或填充物品”是指其中任何部分包含馅料的文章。
